Shipping/Return Policies

We VERIFY Customer Information on each order, Small or Large, for our Customers protection as well as our own.  Live  Customer service between 9:AM and 5:PM est.  Monday-Friday, Closed Holidays. Shipping Available in USA only.

Free Shipping is applied to the ORIGINAL order Only (over $175.00) when placed online in the Contiguous United States. 

Alaska and Hawaii DO Pay Shipping NOTE: most items will ship Standard US mail to these states

There is not a restock fee on exchanges.

If you RETURN an order without EXHANGE your refund will be LESS the actual Shipping rate + a 15%  restock fee
All subsequent exchanges are subject to ground shipping charges/handling charge if you ordered the wrong size/product.
Joe Rocket, Power Trip product orders placed before 3:00 PM EST. are usually shipped the same day.
Most other orders are shipped within 48 business hours.

Orders are not shipped holidays or week-ends.  
Orders NOT accepted for P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, CANADA or PMB/Freight Forwarding Addresses.
Orders NOT accepted for Credit cards Issued Outside of the United States

Note * Address Must be a verifiable business/residential address.

Customer Signature required for orders shipped to apartments/townhouses/condos etc and orders over $100.

Please add/whitelist us to your email. We Can NOT RESPOND To Auto-messages asking for us for signed receipts nor do we fillout auto replys in order for you to get your confirmation or to reply to an Inquiry or receive a tracking#, this is your responsibility.

All Exchanges and Returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RA) number. Please INCLUDE your ORDER ID number in the SUBJECT LINE line of the email.  Exchanges and Credits cannot be processed without one. Please call 616-209-7596 or email us for you RA#.  Any package returned without an RA# will be subject to an ADDITIONAL 10% RESTOCK fee

There is a restock fee of 15% for any returned, undamaged product, customer pays shipping charges.  Returns/Exchanges must be in new condition and include original product packaging.
RETURN SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS: Return via prepaid Fed Ex, UPS or USPS Mail. Insure shipment for full value of purchase.  Please send us the tracking#. is not responsible for packages lost during return shipping.
All returns must be postmarked no later than 10 days from the date of receipt date

If you prefer a 'Next Day' or 'Second Day' delivery, please CALL for this service and we will provide shipping information from UPS. Next Day/Second Day Air charges are subject to  UPS charges. You must call for this service 616-209-7596

Bike Week Leathers will ship to customers credit card billing address (which we verify for your security).  We usually ship UPS or Fed Ex but on occasion, US Priority Mail will be used by us to expedite shipping arrival times to you.

Ship Rates:

  • Standard shipping charges are only $12.95 per order. Leather is very heavy and typically an average order weighs 6-11 pounds.
  • For small items we will adjust the shipping fee downward before charging you CC. 

Incorrect Item Received: No charge.  Bike Week Leather will replace incorrect items and pay return shipping charges. Bike Week Leathers will reimburse Standard Ground shipping rates only if we sent the wrong size/item, We will replace the item or credit your card when the product is returned to us. Send any/all returns by USPS or UPS Ground.

You are responsible for shipping fees of any returned product.  We do NOT issue Call Tags

"Damaged/Defective" Item Claims
Please inspect all merchandise IMMEDIATELY upon receipt. All shortages/defects must be reported to us within 3 days after receipt of merchandise. Claims for loss or damage must be filed with the delivering carrier within 5 days after receipt of goods. If any discrepancies are found, note them in writing on the carrier delivery ticket and on your copy of the delivery ticket. Be sure the driver signs both copies acknowledging the problem and notify us immediately. Should you discover any hidden damage after delivery, please contact the delivering carrier immediately and request that an inspection report be made.
If you believe your order was stolen please file a police report and then contact us w/details.

REFUSED Or CANCELED ORDERS: Any refused or Canceled order (once shipped) is subject to a 20% restocking fee, a 4% Processing Fee, and Shipping Reimbursement .

as do each of our homes.  We may not notice but others do.  Some
of us smoke and others are smarter and quit or never started.
Many of us have pets in our homes, some a love of perfume or a good cigar.  Last
but certainly not least, many folks out there have Serious Allergies.
These are the IMPORTANT reasons we ask for a return as soon as
possible.  If something doesn't fit, or you just don't like it
on you, return it right away.  Understand, once it is worn for
even a short length of time it can not be returned, refunded nor
sold to another.
